due to the global spread of COVID-19, all of us are currently confronted with challenges with unknown outcomes. This is why we are providing you with an insight into how we at OBO Bettermann are approaching these challenges.
The health and safety of our employees, our customers and partners is our top priority and will remain our primary concern. This applies even more so in light of COVID-19’s rapid spread. We are doing our utmost to contribute to the slowing of the COVID-19 spread. The current directions by the WHO and the German Federal Government serve as our benchmark and guide.
At the same time, we not only see it as our task but as our obligation as a company to meet project and delivery deadlines, and to continue to be there for you – our customers and partners. In order to ensure this, our employees are equipped with mobile devices which allow you to contact them either by phone, e-mail or Skype.
Our production facilities worldwide continue to operate fully, and – just as in the past – we have well-filled warehouses. With such good foundations to build on, we can do our best to avoid any delays in delivering our products. If the rapidly changing conditions will affect our business or the delivery of our products, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.
We are convinced, that we can overcome this global challenge if we stand together with the necessary calmness and prudence.
